Jessica Crutcher
Jessica takes a smart, aggressive, business-first approach to dispute resolution. Jessica spent more than 15 years in big law, 8 years as a partner, before opening this practice in January of 2024. Jessica’s dispute resolution practice involves litigation in state and federal courts, mediation, arbitration, appellate work, risk management, and internal investigations. Her trial and case experience arises out of a variety of business and financial concerns across the globe, including energy industry litigation, securities litigation, banking litigation, shareholder claims, failed business transactions, failed companies, business torts, commercial contract disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability, commercial real estate disputes, regulatory and compliance issues, and internal investigations for publicly traded companies. In her free time, Jessica enjoys teaching yoga, traveling, cooking, and hiking with her dogs.

Represented US medical device manufacturer in breach of contract and products liability dispute.
Represented US landlords in commercial lease disputes.
Represented debtor in one of the largest offshore exploration and production company bankruptcies, involving more than $3 billion in energy assets, along with the related adversary proceedings.
Represented Korean steel manufacturer in federal court litigation arising from alleged breach of a distributorship agreement for oilfield tubular.
Represented investment banking arm of multi-national financial services institution in federal court litigation brought by bankruptcy trustee of failed oil and gas exploration company, arising from alleged breaches of duties in connection with a fairness opinion rendered in a $50+ million secured financing.
Represented oil and gas drilling tools and services company in federal court litigation arising from alleged joint venture with Middle Eastern company.
Represented private client in litigation to locate and seek recovery of $25+ million of fraudulently transferred funds secreted in locations across the globe.

Bradley W. Graham
Brad advises clients in a manner that reduces their exposure to litigation and helps bring their long-term business goals to fruition with proactive legal guidance.
Prior to returning to private practice, Brad was in-house counsel for 16+ years for one of the largest metal building and exterior building products manufacturers in the country. He has extensive experience in commercial contracting, including vendor and customer-facing sales and procurement agreements, both domestically and transnationally. Brad also oversaw and managed due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, bond offerings, block sales, secondary public offerings, and credit/finance arrangements, including the due diligence and long-term supply agreements/commercial structure of $2.4 billion in mergers and acquisitions and divestitures as well as a $5.8 billion go-private.
In addition to his transactional practice, Brad also has extensive experience managing compliance issues related to SEC filings, accounting issues, and internal policies, as well as litigation issues throughout the United States in relation to construction, product liability, intellectual property, employment, and insurance claims. Brad’s litigation experience includes litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation. Brad also provided intellectual property-related legal support and assistance to all business segments/operating units of the company and secured critical intellectual property rights in, as well as licensing arrangements for, various new products and applications (portfolio included more than 400 trademarks and 50 patents).
